“Overall clean space and super easy check in/out. Location is on a quiet street/neighborhood which is nice. Not full a/c in rooms but had two floor fans; was hot in summertime but manageable for a short stay. Had a nice deadbolt on door to lock it. Awkward entrance as you go through the back of the house and all the way around the property, but it isn't terrible. A bit of a dead zone for Verizon but T-mobile was OK; Wi-Fi was available which was needed. Good for easy overnight stay and cheaper……

“What amazing stay! We can't say enough good things about this house in Ocean Bay Park. Our group included four couples and an 18 month old, and there was more than enough space for all of us to be together or take some time apart. The living area is big, with seating for many in front of the tv. The kitchen is very well supplied and roomy enough for a few people to cook meals together. “We had a wonderful 6 night stay at the cottage in Center Moriches. The cottage is on a larger property - the owner’s home is at the waters edge with a dock and the cottage sits back from their home. We had access to the dock and a play set and kayaks. The cottage was so well-designed, well-appointed for cooking, relaxing, with lots of amenities and nice outdoor landscaping and seating; a beautiful space to stay. “We wanted an inexpensive place to stay out on Long Island for July 4th weekend. We were a 15-20 minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Robert Moses and a 2 hour drive from Montauk.We were able to stay for a very reasonable price over a notoriously expensive weekend.Jenelle's communication was direct, welcoming and helpful.We would definitely stay here again!”
