Even before arrival, the reception team proactively called to inform us of everything we needed to know for our Sunday night check-in. The hotel itself is stunning—full of character, with spacious, beautifully furnished rooms. While not specifically designed for families, the unique setting is absolutely worth it with a bit of care. The staff were warm, helpful, and gave us great tips for exploring……

It had the most delicious breakfast, of our entire 2 week vacation through Europe, that was included with our stay. The staff was kind and helpful and even kept the whirlpool and steam room area open longer for us since we got back to the hotel right before it closed. This added customer service really made our night after a full day of train and bus travel! Thanks for a beautiful stay.”
