“Staying on the houseboat was definitely a unique experience. I would describe it as luxury camping on the water...small spaces, poor internet, and basic amenities. “It was a completely different houseboat and location than the one we had rented and paid for. We had to climb a ladder to a loft with 1 meter to the ceiling to sleep, and my elderly mother had to sleep in a children bunk bed. We had ordered and paid for double king size beds all in one floor. The terrace was useless, really disgusting and unclean, with a view of industrial cranes. Far away from the pictures and what was ordered! ”
