“Hosts Trey & Kelli were very friendly, helpful, responsive & attentive. Thank you for the fresh eggs - perfect breakfasts every morning in this sweet, Sunset Cottage. The cottage was charming, cozy, perfect within peaceful surroundings. Well appointed & all we needed - even a washer & dryer tucked away to use. We loved the antiques (especially the stove), & the cozy fireplace which we used during cooler nights. While the first few days we had light drizzling & overcast, it was utterly so……

“My daughter and I were back in Tryon for a horse show and this is the 2nd summer we’ve stayed at Kim’s cabin. It is perfect fe 2 of us - peaceful, clean, quiet and refreshing after long days at the horse show. Easy 10 minutes to the grocery store and about 12 minutes from TIEC. I highly recommend for a getaway in the area! ”

“We really enjoyed our stay, the only bad thing, we were unable to sit on front or back porch, the carpenter bees, (looked similar to bumble bees) were flying around both areas, not just a couple, alot. Also, the chairs, cushions were covered with pollen, but of course it is that time of year.”

“The house outside did not look well taken care of. The flower pots on the stairs had dying flowers in them. I had to sweep the entire porch. But the house is close to TIEC which is why we like staying there. The inside of the house was certainly acceptable.”

“The cabin was clean and well laid out. Plenty of necessaries if you wanted to cook. Coming in I would’ve appreciated Better signage at the road, but knowing now it is part of a larger property under construction. Still a nice view and the construction did not interfere with my stay. This was a cozy cabin and I would stay there again.”
