“酒店位置非常近Val d’Europe, 職員也非常有善。但是酒店非常殘舊。浴缸發霉沒有處理，水龍頭滴水，天花板剝落。最嚴重就是儲水式熱水爐滴水，地板也濕了！唯有放毛巾及煮食煲儲滴下來的水。”

“1.接駁車在車站較遠之處，若搭乘SCNF相關車抵達，要花點時間與精力才能找到，間距等待時間也很長。 2. 房間清潔極糟：一入房間濃濃的味道，可能是上個房客留下的體味或香水味，需要開窗才能通風。 廚房地板清潔不足，踩到類似醬汁獲油煙殘留物，黏黏很不舒服。 浴室蓮蓬頭滿滿水垢。 3. 優點：離outlet 較近。”

“房間很新很乾淨,空間大,空調也夠涼.我們的房間面對鐵軌,但噪音不大,沒有太大影響.飯店在火車RER的Rosa park站旁邊,走路兩分鐘,到巴黎東站和北站分別為一站到兩站.但去的時候巴黎北站的RER E線在維修,本來想藉由RER往返機場就很不順利.進入市區後來還是比較常搭捷運M 7線,捷運站離飯店不到10分鐘,沿路有多家超市和餐廳.雖然飯店不在市中心,但還算方便.”

“Stayed here for a couple days with my mom while visiting Paris. It is a 20 minute walk from the metro station and 5 minute walk to the nearest bus station. For grocery shopping (CarreFour or Action) it is also a 20 minute walk. Inside the hotel room, you are provided a mini kitchen with the basic amenities (microwave, sink, stovetop, dishwasher, spoons, cups, bowls, corkscrew, etc) and a big bathroom with bodywash, shampoo, hairdryer, and lots of towels. The only downside was you had to pay for……

“A localização é excelente! O quarto confortável, o ar condicionado não funciona muito bem, tivemos algumas dificuldades com ele no início. Mas no geral tudo muito bom! ”

“喜歡的部份：1.房間有陽台，有廚房和廚具。2.附近有自助洗衣店。3.出門就是公車站，走不遠就是RER站。4.晚班的服務人員友善。 不喜歡的部份：1.沒有冷氣或電扇，剛好遇到熱浪，真的很不舒服，太熱了！2.對面餐廳營業晚，真的很吵，晚上有很多飆車族，很難入睡！3.入住付房費時，服務人員找錯錢，讓人感覺有些故意。”

“Receptionist seems not very welcoming once we arrived.he was busy at private stuff..only talked to us when we tried to communicate with him. Gonna give 5 stars if receptionists can at least say Bonjour with a smile at the first time we got in the hotel. Great spacious apartment except the broken door of showering room caused leaking. ”

“Low price hotel. We didn't have towels so had to go back to reception. Then the fridge was very loud - we switched it off. Otherwise was good, 20min drive from Disneyland. ”

“The apartment hotel is located in a residential neighborhood, everything ull need are only few minutes walk away. Metro, bus, restaurant, parks…etc. the staffs are friendly and easy to talk with, thanks for the suite they offered us. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back in the near future! ”
