“We arrived about 20/30 minutes early so I text the host to see if we could go in early. So while we waited for a response we checked out the hot tub and the outdoor furniture and games. The top for the hot tub was off and it was really dirty. I text the host again and ask to get a call asap. He did respond and he had someone there within a few minutes to clean it out and refill it. All of the outdoor furniture was filthy and pilled in and around the outdoor bar area. The entire outdoor area was……

The communication was very personal and quick. Response time for an hiccups we endured during our stay were either resolved immediately or acknowledged and accommodated. Although we were only there for a short time, we enjoyed ourselves. The home had all basic essentials needed (towels, wash cloths, kitchen……
