“I’ve stayed at several short term rentals and this one is now at the top of my list! No detail was overlooked. Spacious, comfortable and very cute. Quiet neighborhood with a large backyard with multiple sitting areas and a nice grill if you like to cook out. Aubrey is small, but very close to Denton. We drove into the city a few times and it was no problem. We would definitely stay here again!”

“This is a very nice home. Super clean and updated. It was perfect for the short stay for my family. Communciation with the owner was excellent. We attended a family wedding in an adjacent town and Dallas.There is a lower income area very near by including the Denton County law enforcement complex and Jail. Just be aware of your sorroundings when utilizing the town's ammenities. The college area and shopping areas are very nice and extensive.”

“Very comfortable with everything we needed ”

“Multiple texts daily with property agent to clean pool & hot tub. There was trash, left in one of the bedrooms under the bed. Water bottle, soda cans, & snack wrappers. Also had to have maintenance come look at the fire pit and grill, because neither one would lite. Garage remotes had to be reprogrammed. 5 of the 7 pool sticks were missing tips. AC was programmed at 72 and it was still 74 after midnight. Contacted them back-and-forth up until 1:00am when it finally hit 69, but they would not put……

“My niece got married at The Springs in Valley View Mansion. This house is only about 20 minutes away. The house was perfect! Stayed for three nights. It rained so we didn’t get in the pool. But it looks welcoming! The size of the and layout is excellent for comfort. Definitely recommend staying here. ”

“We had a wonderful weekend at the property. Everything was as described. I asked questions before going and had prompt answers! We were able to prepare all meals in the spacious kitchen which was well stocked. There was a keurig for the coffee drinkers. We used grill and fire pit outside as well. We enjoyed sitting on porch looking across beautiful pasture and yard. It is out in the country very peaceful with nature at your fingertips. The property owners were very responsive and kind!Found……

“We stayed here to celebrate our masters of composition student graduating! It was the perfect place to have as a homebase over the weekend to get back-and-forth to the campus. The property and the garden is beautiful. Everything is labeled so you know how to use it. It’s great. I had a few questions on the host responded very quickly.”

“Pictures and description of property and house was not accurate at all. Pond was nasty and fish barely had any water there was no pool or spa as described and cleanliness was very poor. The grass was overgrown and trash bins had not been emptied and it had a bad odor as well as the dishwasher, it smelled like a dead animal. But we had no other accommodations so we had to stay the whole weekend!”

“Property was not ready upon arrival even when arriving four hours past the check-in time. No check instructions were sent. Had to contact the manager of the property. People at the house said they would give us the entrance code never received it and had to keep knocking to get let in. Since we had spotty service couple days later finally received a message from the manager with the code. Left a day early after feeling like it wasn’t my reservation.”

“We had such a great time at Casa del Sol and the winery. Our daughter was married at the winery and they hosted the reception too. Everything was great and this house was so convenient and comfortable to stay in. Great place and the host was amazing. So kind and helpful throughout the process and stay. Highly recommend all of it. ”
