“I stayed at this property with one other friend when we attended my niece's baby shower. My niece was literally around the corner in the community. The house was very, very comfortable and clean. I stayed here because there are no close hotels. I am glad I had this option as it was so much better than a hotel. Thank you for the use of your property!”

Having a binder with all the details would be very helpful (wifi passwords, codes, how to reach manager, where to put trash, check out procedures, etc). Our negative about the stay - we had multiple people come to the property while we were staying who did not introduce themselves and we weren't given awareness they would be coming, it overall gave as an uncomfortable feeling. “Towering Oaks is a great venue that can accommodate your stay whether you have 5 people or need to host a large event. You should check it out. It's located in a very serene area just north of the DFW Metroplex. Wonderful location and the lodging was first class. It has a very relaxing atmosphere. Sitting on the patio by the firepit at night was the best. The staff was wonderful and were there onsite. I would definitely recommend this listing. ”
