“es konnte keiner nicht mal ein wort deutsch, was die Verständigung sehr schwer machte, es stand in der Beschreibung das ein Parkplatz inbegrifen ist, war es aber nicht. Wir musten dafür bezahlen, wir haben 2 Raum mit 2 Doppelbetten gebucht, haben dann aber nur 1 Raum und 1 Doppelbett bekommen! ”

“Die Lage ist super, allerdings sind die 4 Sterne nicht gerechtfertigt. Sämtliche Türen quietschen, sodass man die Zimmernachbarn hört. Des Weiteren ist das Hotel recht hellhörig. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts (1 Woche) wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt inkl. des Badezimmers. Im Bad sammelte sich der Staub und der Schimmel (an der Decke und in der Dusche). Man hört die ganze Zeit in regelmäßigen Abständen ein Brummen, was für einen gesunden Schlaf nicht gerade förderlich ist. Der Wellness……

“Schönes Hotel mit Wellnessbereich in einem separaten Gebäude. Sehr freundliches Personal. Unser Familienzimmer war leider zur Vorderseite ausgerichtet. Schöner Ausblick, aber aufgrund der Bar gegenüber leider etwas laut bis spät in die Nacht. Das soll den Eindruck aber nicht trüben, uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Im Winter sollte man Schneeketten dabei haben, da das Hotel an einem doch recht steilem Berg liegt.”
