“This is a budget suite but the services and facilities are comparable to the 5 star hotels, For the rooms are big and there's even a dining room for breakfast plus good foods nearby. The restaurants provided a lot of choices and so you can get what you want there, even pizzas and others. The rooms are clean. “Tried communicating via messages without success.Called company to get phone number to call host in evening of the night I was staying there.Then got check in instructions.Had difficulty finding how to get in gate to back yard, where door to basement suite.Box spring mattress and bed difficult to walk between. Needed to make beds.Toilet ,only flushed once.walls dirty: Crumbs on counter.Kitchen tap in disrepair.Shower grubby looking- we didn’t use it or the kitchen ,dirty.”

"We called to ask for the hotel transfer and the guy told me the wrong spot S5 to wait. After 20 mins wait we called again and they gave us the right R3 spot but the shuttle is every half hour so we wait for another 20 mins before being taken to hotel . Quite disappointing. They should have clear instructions on the hotel confirmation so we don't need to search for it."
