At that time, there was no one at the front desk. I noticed the on-duty staff member sitting in the restaurant just next to the lobby, but instead of helping right away, she asked me to wait. My family and I had to sit in the lobby for about 10 minutes until she finished her food or drink. She eventually came over, but only……

The staff were beyond friendly and welcoming. The Spa services were a dream - multiple different saunas with different temperatures, beautiful pool and hot tub, and a lounge room with swings, beds, and relaxation music. “Hotel novo, bonito! Ótimo café da manhã. Ele fica no meio de plantações de maçã. Lindo local, porém afastado da cidade. Ótimo para relaxar. Quem é apaixonado por golf deve ficar lá! Tem campo de golf e acredito que se possa jogar mediante pagamento. ”
