“The house was perfect for myself and 3 girlfriends! We came to Franklin to enjoy shopping the cute shops and eating at the wonderful restaurants. It was easy to get to from the Nashville airport...about a 30 min drive. The house was decorated nicely, the beds were comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed rocking in the rocking chairs on the front porch! We felt safe in the neighborhood and took daily walks. Would definitely atay here again!”

“This was the second time we have stayed at GGC. Matt is a wonderful host, and responded quickly to any of our questions. The unit is just lovely. My husband and I, along with our daughter and son-in-law, enjoyed the close proximity to downtown, The Factory, and the quiet street is a huge plus. We hope to stay here again the next time we visit beautiful Franklin.”

“We came as a family to support my granddaughter in the cheerleading competition at Nashville. We chose to stay just outside the Nashville hustle and bustle and we we delighted with our choice. It was a very cool rainy weekend with limited outdoor opportunities. We loved the house and the creek and still got to enjoy the porch and watch it rain. The house was set up great for kids and the chalk play table was appreciated! Our host was very helpful and we already had every thing we needed……

“The house worked well for our group. Check-in was easy and we appreciated being informed that we could get in earlier than regular check-in. The listing's photos are accurate in terms of sleeping and living areas, kitchen, and bathrooms. We felt like the house could have been cleaned better. There was a lot of dust and many cobwebs. One of the beds did not have a top sheet, just a comforter. It was nice to have towels, mini shampoos and conditioners, and small bars of soap for each guest. ……

“This property was so perfect! Our daughter was getting married at CJ‘s off the Square and we could not have been any closer! The check-in process and the checkout process was so easy and communication with our host was fantastic. So kind and accommodating and helpful! Franklin is a great town and staying at this house. Makes it convenient to walk everywhere. ”

“Stuart is amazing at communicating. The house is absolutely perfect. It feels like you are very remote but it’s actually very close to town. We had everything and more that we needed during our stay. The landscaping is perfect and the snowball bush brought back wonderful memories of my Aunt’s garden with one that I loved as a child. If we are in the area again, we will definitely book this house. ”

“We were in town for a competition in Franklin and Over Yonder was the perfect place to escape from the chaos. It’s quiet and peaceful. The beds were comfortable. They had everything we needed. Check-in and checkout was flawless. We will definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area again. ”

“Stayed here with my dog (fenced in back yard) for a couple nights while I checked out the area. GREAT location for doing that. Walked in Pinkerton park everyday with my dog. Very comfortable bed, hot shower (had drip issue but host handled it immediately). Very good communication. VERY close to downtown Franklin, parks and the Warehouse shopping area. ”

“This cabin was perfect for a weekend stay with 5 friends! It was clean, cozy, and we were able to cook at the cabin with the provided cookware. It was located in a great spot, still close to plenty of businesses. No complaints at all!”
