“The house was very clean and in a cute, quiet neighborhood. The yard was fenced and well maintained. We spent our mornings out there with our coffee. The open floor plan made the house seem very spacious. We really enjoyed the place. It was close to The Factory and downtown. Our host were prompt and answered all of our questions. It was a great experience ”

“Stayed here for a concert at FirstBank Amphitheater. Short drive to the venue, and lots to do nearby! Got invited to the barn to meet the horses on arrival, as it was feeding time. Went over to the fence the next morning, and one walked right over to say hi. Loved the space! It was perfect for a weekend getaway. ”

“Such a great house that is well maintained. There were a couple instances where we had to be mindful about one of the neighbors using profanity within an earshot of us/kids. While out of the homeowners control, something to consider. Would recommend to others!”

“The cottage was absolutely adorable and very clean. We loved being so close to downtown and being able to walk to the town square, local restaurants and shops. Our only complaint is that the mattresses on the beds were very firm and not comfortable to sleep on. We woke up daily to low back and hip discomfort. Other than that, everything else was perfect.”

“This property was great….you all have thought of everything! I use VRBO a lot and have to say that I haven’t stayed at any place as well stocked with all of ones needs and more! The extra bonus items were well thought out…Doggy things, s’mores and all the choices of teas! Also stocked bathrooms with all of the items you need! If I were to make a suggestion, maybe check the duct work in Bedroom to the right of the back deck! When the air conditioner kicks on it makes a terrible, loud noise….we……

“Very nice property with plenty of room for 2 adults and 1 child. Quiet road outside of Franklin. We plan to use this property again if we are in the area. So, that should indicate how happy we were with our stay!”
