“A thoroughly pleasant stay for a week. The 2 bedroom house is spacious and recently updated with beautiful views of the surrounding trees. House is well outfitted, we wanted for nothing and this is coming from a fellow vacation rental owner of many years (in San Diego). Furniture was comfortable, beds were great, huge TV's in all rooms and shopping was nearby. One of the better vacation rentals I have stayed in. We really enjoyed it.”

“We had a very nice stay at this adorable cottage. It was exactly as it said it was. The only thing that wasn’t good - although not a game changer by any means, was every pan we used had food residue still on them. Nothing a second washing didn’t fix. Management was amazing and very helpful!!Overall I would recommend 10 / 10”

“Once upon a time, there were 3 girls who met when they were 11 years old. They all lived on the same street in Columbia, TN. They all grew up and moved away, but they have remained friends (and held a fondness for Columbia) for 60 years! This weekend, they returned to Columbia to celebrate Easter with other friends and relatives. Lucky for these 3 girls they rented the Maple Roost - a most charming home, in a perfect location, and it was equipped with every convenience anyone could want. ……

“The house was set up well and was very clean. We enjoyed the large backyard b/c we had nice warm weather so being outside was key, bring a frisbee or football. The fire pit was also a fun space to gather around for the guys while the girls played cards inside. The inside living space was tight sometimes but we did have 7 adults and a baby. ”
