“I coordinated a stay at Paddle Creek Resort for a group of friends who all play pickleball together. We checked in, got settled and spent the evening playing on two reserved courts that came with the rental, which were great. We got up the next morning and played all day, including black light games. We had the best time and definitely plan to schedule another get away for us to play again! Blake was great to work with and responded to any questions we had quickly. Thanks for a great place……

“This was one for the books, my brother had his wedding here in Tennessee and this was the perfect middle place between locations. It was quiet and homey for our group. Has everything you’d need for a stay and a cute area outside to gather too. Easy to communicate with the host and no extra hoopla. Very clear expectations without being excessive. It was such a wonderful trip all in all. Would definitely stay here again!”

“We had a great time at the Hargrove house. The cozy two house set up was perfect for us and our family. Loved the fire pit area and the great master bath. Just a beautiful property and one of the best VRBOs we have stayed in. It was in a great location, just what we needed for a quick getaway. Not terribly far to amenities, but far enough away from the city that we were away from the hustle and bustle. Franklin and Leipers Fork are situated in a beautiful area. Highly recommend!”

“While expectations of the house based on the description was that it would be more “renovated” than it was, the accommodations were clean and the setting was very quiet. I did not use it as a full stay but more as an overnight place to stay while visiting relatives. The host was very responsive to all my questions. I would have liked blinds on the kitchen and game room as I felt like backyard facing neighbors could look right in at night when the lights were on. ”

“We were there for a week while our hardwood floors were getting refinished. This is an old home with so much charm. They had everything we needed including a fenced in yard for the dogs. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved the location. It was only a short walk to town. We tried 4 of the restaurants in town. Would definitely recommend!”
