“This place is lovely. We didn’t have heat and it was fixed the same day. We also reported that the bedroom lights (LED) would not fully turn on with the switch. However, three of the four lights were partially lit even when the switch was turned off. We did report that immediately because there was always a glow at night. This was never fixed. Just for those who need it to be dark to sleep. ”

“This VRBO was perfect and had everything our group needed for an amazing stay! The home itself is beautiful with great bedrooms/bathrooms and lots of communal space that is super fun for groups ”

“Was challenging to find, but once we figured it out it was fine. Lots of retail and dining within walking distance. Without a vanity in the bathroom area could have used a shelf or table. Had to reach out 2 days prior to verify check in.”

“We loved our stay at the house. There was lots of room for our party and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The quality of the towels was great too. The only critic was that the dishes were super dirty when we arrived and we had to wash them all by hand before using them. We discovered that the water to the dishwasher was turned off, so that may explain it. Overall though, it was a wonderful experience and I would stay there again.”

“The listing is not accurate. The communication during our stay was great. Location was fine, but if you're looking to be walking distance to the tourist attractions this is not the place. My hope is that management works on the property, because it really has the potential to be what they advertise. ”

“My friend and I stayed while we attended a conference. What a sweet little place to come home to! It was very clean, Matt was easy to work with and the porches with rocking chairs were the perfect places to unwind and/or start our day with a cup of coffee. We highly recommend!”

“This was the perfect place for a friend & I to have a quick weekend shopping trip. Literally walking distance to the Factory, and a very quick jump over to the downtown shopping area. The rental was very clean, comfy, and we had everything we could have possibly needed. Management was very easy to talk with and quick to respond. We'll be back!”

You have everything you need in terms of kitchen appliances, kitchen utensils, bedding, comfortable living room seating, comfortable beds and nice bedding, to make your visit a wonderful experience. Loved it as our jumping off point for our family gathering in Nashville. We had six adults in the cabin, and it was perfect.”

“Jen (Genevieve) was an exceptional host. She was always responsive and helpful to the few things i needed to ask. She proactively sends/mentions things interactively as well as in the listing information. The house was in a great location for easy access to Nashville locations we were interested. Check in and out was flawless. The house itself had plenty of beds and bathrooms. The kitchen was great and had coffee! Great place, great price, great location, and awesome host.”

“A group of 8 of us stayed here to celebrate our milestone birthdays and this wonderful place did not disappoint! There was plenty of space and a great layout. We also loved the rooftop and hot tub! The location is also great, close enough to walk to everything but with a little distance to have some peace and quiet, too. We highly recommend it!”

“Stuart is amazing at communicating. The house is absolutely perfect. It feels like you are very remote but it’s actually very close to town. We had everything and more that we needed during our stay. The landscaping is perfect and the snowball bush brought back wonderful memories of my Aunt’s garden with one that I loved as a child. If we are in the area again, we will definitely book this house. ”
