“We spent 5 days in Nashville for a week of baseball. Great location to downtown for some fun. Very clean apartment and lots of security in the building.The area has a large homeless population and they would camp out in the parking garage which is uncomfortable for a group of women. Our car alarm went off very early one more from someone checking for open car doors. ”

“Property was great, minutes away from downtown neighborhood was quite. Communication with Property manager was excellent. I would definitely stay here again. Only complaint was that there was only 1 TV in the house, the bedrooms had no TVs of there ownOnly complaint was sonly 1only ”

“Our family are avid VRBO travelers. The difficulty it was to get on the wifi or a single one of our TV apps (Netflix, Disney, Amazon Prime, etc.) should have not taken the time or lengths it did to make it right. We constantly had to restart the wifi router, spend a lot of time we didn't have trying to get the televisions to work and any suggestions provided by property management did not work. I just don't think after a long day of travel, 6 children to care for and other contributing factors……

“We were not able to stay in our original property due to it being sold. The host was great about communicating about the change and offering options for our group that would also work. We were happy with what we ended up with and had a great, quick trip to Nashville. ”

“4 adult women needing a safe and clean place to stay for a few days of adventuring thru Nashville. The house was perfect! Plenty of space to spread out and plenty of space to be together. The great location made it an easy Uber/Lyft ride to Broadway. On another note.....The broken glass and boarded up back door was a little disturbing...especially since it was the same style glass door as the front entry. The bed linens were not as fresh and clean smelling as the towels. Also, the bathroom……

“This is a great rental if you have a group that needs 2 to 3 beds. There are three bedrooms. There were extra towels, which I appreciate and things for the most part were very clean. The few things that need to repair, the management company said they would be over to fix shortly. This was a great place to rent to get up to Broadway and the music and the other activities of Nashville.”
