“Wonderful location. Easy to walk to all sorts of attractions. Loved that it was close enough to the city, but didn’t have the loud music playing all night. Only downside was the trash pick-up seemed to go twice within a few days and it was so loud and noisy waking us up both times really early in the morning”

“Definitely recommend staying in this place. It is close to everything--restaurants, shops, Vanderbilt U, Broadway. It was comfortable and spacious. Very clean and up to dateParking was good too. Easy to access the apartment and the management was very responsive to any question or concern we had. Only comment would be that we wish there was more plates, cutlery and glasses. But, other than that, would highly recommend staying here if you are coming to Nashville. ”

“We had an amazing stay at City Haven: Cozy Townhouse. This place was the perfect home base for exploring the city. It’s super clean, stylishly decorated, and had all the comforts of home—from a fully stocked kitchen to comfy beds and great amenities.The location couldn’t be better—just a quick ride to downtown Nashville, and close to awesome restaurants, live music, and fun neighborhoods. It felt like we were right in the middle of everything, but still had a peaceful, quiet space to come back……

“Absolutely loved staying here. The apartment and entire complex is new and well cared for. Starting off, we took advantage of the free parking on-site. Walked to Broadway multiple times during our 3-night stay. Enjoyed drinks on the back deck. Utilized the fitness facility (right across the hall). Amenities in the apartment were top notch! Great communication with owners. Security at the building was friendly and helpful. Not sure what else to say other than we look forward to visiting……

“Description was what we experienced.”

“Check in was not easy...the app would not work on an iPhone...eventually switched to an Android and was able to use the app to lock/unlock the door. Owner unlocked remotely for us until we could figure it out.Overall the unit was clean...but did need a deep clean (air filter, shower curtain, etc.). Personally did not find the bed/pillows comfortable. We did not prepare meals in the unit...there was not sufficient utensils for just the of us.Nice neighborhood (walkable to most attractions and……

“Stuart is amazing at communicating. The house is absolutely perfect. It feels like you are very remote but it’s actually very close to town. We had everything and more that we needed during our stay. The landscaping is perfect and the snowball bush brought back wonderful memories of my Aunt’s garden with one that I loved as a child. If we are in the area again, we will definitely book this house. ”
