“The palace was clean and well keep over all, but it seemed to have issues with the heat. All the employees that work were warning winter coats in entrance area and in the morning that restrooms were out of service because there was standing water and a smell in the entrance.”

“I really enjoyed my stay. The room, the staff, breakfast, all were very good. The room did need a little maintenance. The one closet door had a broken hinge that make opening the door difficult and the shower door leaked so after my shower there was a large puddle I had to clean up.”

“Very nice place to stay. Very friendly staff including the valets and shoe shine stand owner in the hotel. High marks for location, clean facilities, and ambiance. Very good prices as well. Only negative is that the mattresses is very, very firm. But that’s a benefit for some.”
