“I liked the location to Broadway. It was a clean hotel with friendly staff. I was not particularly happy with the bartender at the pool. Our first trip to the pool bar before an evening stroll and we were ignored by the bartender and as he carried on a conversation with a couple next to us. “I was highly impressed! We ended up doing a late check in do to traffic when I called to let them know they were super nice and professional on phone. Upon arriving we were exhausted Deedee at front desk was AMAZING! She was quick to check us in and had a bright beautiful smile! She also was knowledgeable on parking for our event. “I love the fact that this hotel helps the homeless. It is a very unique hotel. Very pretty. Our third floor sky light room was cute, a little tight but still very nice. Wish I would have known there was no elevator and that we were on the third floor, I would have requested a ground or second floor room. It was nice, however, that they do have an elevator for your luggage. That helped! Also the complimentary champagne and snacks and water were a very nice touch! ”
