“We went to Nashville for a friend's weekend getaway and had a great time! The house was beautiful, very clean and accommodating. The trail behind the house was perfect for early morning walks and we spent a lot of time on the back patio relaxing and listening to music! Location was perfect, only 10-15 minutes away from everywhere we wanted to go! We highly recommend and would love to go back again!!”

“This was a great location to share with friends wanting to spend a few days in Nashville. Short Uber to Broadway, short walk to the Gulch neighborhood, safe for those who wanted to walk or run in the morning. There were enough beds for 12 adults to sleep comfortably. We had a great time!”

“Owner/manager was available for communication, and responded in a timely manner to all questions. Property was VERY spacious and well worth the money. Location was somewhat central to Nashville. The property is not a walking distance property but we had no problems getting an Uber and almost everything was within 10 minutes ride. Will stay here again on our next trip to Nashville. Highly recommend.”

“Family traveling for a graduation. Very nice to have separate floors with bedroom/bathroom combos. Only downside was the stairs for our older travelers. Living room furniture not very comfortable. ”

“This house is beautiful and so big ! Wen never even used the third floor .. beds are super comfy and parking was great .. only issue was there was gun shots last night and then tons of police and fire . But had nothing to do with the rental !!!”
