“The location was perfect. I slept great on the memory foam mattress even though I don’t usually sleep on memory foam. Great place to stay for one or two people. It’s so close to restaurants and shops but still in a quiet neighborhood. ”

“Mr. Mark met us at the car and helped unload our luggage into the cottage. The cottage is so cute and we had more than plenty of room. The neighborhood was a gem. We loved how close we were to all the shops and how quiet it was. We hope to stay there again”

Parking was easy and never had any issues finding a spot on 9th St. Ubered to the stadium and walked home afterwards. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Property was cozy and perfect for our needs. “Very cute and comfortable place to stay in a beautiful neighborhood with a private yard. A great area to walk our dog, too, with a creek nearby. The property is as it looks in the listing. Easy to get to everything you need. We enjoyed our stay (and the friendly little dogs on the property who welcomed us. They like belly rubs! )”

“Josh was very communicative and helpful throughout my 5 day visit. I would definitely re-book with him for another stay at this property if and when I make it back to Nashville. It is a short Uber Ride to all the sites Downtown. The Hot Tub was a nice way to unwind after the Pearl Jam Concerts. ”

The experience, scenery & environment were amazing. It truly gave the feel of being in the country & was so peaceful & quiet and such a great experience. “Property was just as described. We appreciated the little details like quality toilet paper! Beds and pillows were comfy. Ceiling fan was nice to have in the bedroom, as well as a vanity/desk with mirror and a full length mirror behind the door. Luggage rack and lots of hangers in the closet. Plenty of towels, hair dryer with a diffuser, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were in the bathroom. Great communication from Alece! Thanks!”
