“Perfect little condo in a nice location. Away from all the noise and traffic but close enough to walk to broadway and Nissan Stadium.Everything about this condo was excellent… Harry with instructions as well as local information, the bed & pillows, the shower! coffee, you tube TV, wi-fi…this has it all! ”

“Within walking distance of nearly everything we wanted to do. (Less than a mile.) We also loved being on the river and seeing the groundhogs everyday. The condo itself was clean and comfy, however the sofa needs to be replaced. It’s broken on one side. The dip in the hallway near the bathroom is also a trip hazard as one other reviewer mentioned. It can easily be stepped over, but will catch you off guard if you’re not careful. It also includes everything needed to cook full meals if……

“Can’t beat the location of this property. We walked to Bridgestone Arena and the bars on Broadway. The rental is clean and comfortable. The property is gated which was a nice added safety feature. Parking was easy. The owner gave us good directions and was easy to reach. We would stay here again without a doubt.”

“The condo was the perfect location for us! It was a mile to Nissan Stadium and a mile to Broadway. The trains were unexpected but it was wasn’t a big deal. Condo was super clean and the host was fantastic!”

“The property was just as described. We enjoyed watching the party boats go by on the river, and sitting on the balcony. We selected this property due to the fact that it was a walk-able distance from the activities we had planned. As a side note - all of our walking was done during the day-time hours, and walking several miles per day is routine for us. “Kim was a terrific host. Her condo was just perfect. Right on the Cumberland River with all the comforts of home. Kim was available by text with a quick response for any questions we had including recommendations for a good pizza. Although it was only 1.5 miles from Broadway it was a little far of a walk for us. (We’re in our 60’s). Uber was just a short ride away. We would totally stay here again!”
