Location is near restaurants that are higher end, and just over the bridge is a Whole Foods that’s easy to walk to. About a 20 minute walk to the Broadway action and museums. ”

“For a he most part the studio apt was nice. Housekeeping left dirty napkins sitting on the counter. The shower handle needs tightened and a drawer in the bathroom was off the track or something. Location wise it is very convenient for the Gulch area. Loved that. You can however hear the train all hours and the upstairs neighbor. The couch and one of the chairs needs a cleaning. “Was in town for a concert at Nissan Stadium, short walk over pedestrian bridge was easy. Great location, right off broadway! Thought noise from broadway would be bad but we slept peacefully. “Amazingly affordable and comfortable. Had everything we needed and the host was quick to communicate and very accommodating. Great places to eat nearby, amazing shower quick hot water, towel warmer (just be sure to give the it a moment to warm up and get your towel warm).
