“Amazing home, privacy with bedrooms /bathrooms. Rooftop hangout was a favorite, open kitchen/ living room for meals and family time was great. Close to Broadway and Music Valley. Hope to stay here again. ”

“This property was pet friendly with a very nice fenced yard. The host was very prompt with response's. Property was well stocked with trash bags, paper towel, toilet paper, dish washer pods and laundry detergents (great bonus). Had ample parking. Will definitely use host again when in Nashville.”

“The size of the studio was roomy. Room was clean. Air conditioner was through the vents in the ceiling. The fridge freezer was full sized with ice maker and filter water dispenser. Security was good using a key pad. Though the gray on black was hard to see at certain light angles. ”

“Had to Uber everywhere. The property was nice - but long hallways, felt a little scary. The penthouse should definitely update amenities. Bath towels were mix match, bedding felt and looked older. King room didn’t have a tv. Over all the place felt plain and not worth the money. Cleaning crew could definitely do a better job. Crumbs on kitchen floor, table had a grease film on it , crumbled up towel paper in bathroom drawers. We would definitely choose a hotel closer to broadway and feel better……

“We had a great stay! The space is beautiful and exactly as pictured. You can hear the family upstairs at times but it was never disruptive. Would definitely stay again!”

“We had a good stay at Sunset Place 101 when our family of four came to Nashville to visit family and colleges. The place was clean. It is very walkable for us to Belmont and Vanderbilt. There is also a Kroger we walked to just a block away for groceries. The pullout sofa had a more comfortable mattress than I have seen. The white noise machines were a nice touch as well, it is a city. Easy code in and check out. ”

“Great little loft that was clean and quiet. Would suggest better detail directions on how to locate the property as difficult to find when arriving in the dark at night. Other than that, a great little find.”
