“Our stay at DeerRidge was wonderful. The house is very comfortable and has everything needed. It was perfect for our four adults and two young children. We enjoyed watching the deer pass through, the well equipped kitchen for preparing meals, and relaxing in the hot tub. The s’mores kit the host provided was a nice treat on the deck. The location was great for the activities we had planned. We will definitely be back!”

“Our family group included seven adults and eight kids, ranging from 3-9. The property was as advertised. We were not disappointed. The kitchen had everything we needed, even a second refrigerator, which was very helpful. I took some kitchen things along and did not even take them out of the tote. “Beautiful place to stay. Very quaint & rustic. Perfect for our stay. Very close to Montgomery Bell State Park where there are all kinds of things to do. Casey, the host, was quick to respond to any questions and was very gracious. And, there is a phenomenal Mexican restaurant near by, El Campo. The food is amazing and prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.”
