“We were extremely pleased with the location, quiet neighborhood, gated community and the fact that it was newer construction! The roosters in the morning were an added bonus:) That being said, we are all in our late 50's/early 60's and we didn't realize the amount of stairs that we would have to climb to get to the bedrooms! Might want to make sure you mention that in the listing because moving luggage up and down was tricky. Only other complaint would be the beds overall were really, really……

“My husband and I stayed 3 weeks and the accommodation were perfect. Living area had ample seating and the separate bedroom provided some privacy when needed. Check in/out was seamless due to Karla’s clear communications. The location is within walking distance to restaurants, thrift shops, coffee shops ice cream etc etc. I can’t say enough good things about this VRBO. Will will be booking here again for future visits to Nashville!”

“The place was nearly clean, the floor was not well cleaned the rest was. For 1 Week stays there should be a broom and/or a mob, cause you bring in a bit of dirt everytime. with a broom or mob we could clean it. The Welcome booklet is not up to date. The grocery store piggly wiggly mentioned doesnt exist anymore. Some outdoor sitting place would be nice (bank or chairs) All together, we can recomend the place for stays at nashville. near to downtown, very friendly and safe neighborhood. ”

If you have a vehicle, it was also a perfect driving distance to historic downtown Franklin, Leiper's Fork, Nashville and exploring the beautiful country side. The bunkhouse was comfortable, the shower had amazing water temperature and pressure and the history of the music studio was very interesting and exciting to know the musicians that have recorded there. It will be my first choice for our next visit!”

“Elisha was a fantastic host! She allowed us an early check-in and her communication and responses were so kind and quick.The house was spotless and perfect and soo inviting!We walked in to the Nashville lighted sign on the wall, country music playing on the awesome flat screen tv and the place smelled great!The 2 rooms were plenty of space, plenty of closet space with towels and hangers ready. Nice side tables and stools with a lighter mirror I used a lot.It was very Hot during our weekend there……
