“We were there for a baseball tournament at the local universities. It was a pretty central location, clean, great facilities, good breakfast and the staff was very nice. The parking was a bit expensive. ”

“This property was just okay. Pros: good west end location, convenient to walking path and a decent coffee shop, small amenities like coffee and tea left out, nice appliances and kitchen utensils, clean. Cons: property was a bit rough/tired, highway noise, bedroom blinds let a lot of light in, mild smell of must and Lysol in living room, spare furnishings. I chose this place over local hotels to save a few bucks and in retrospect would have chosen the hotels. If you want an inexpensive apartment……

“Our son graduated from Vanderbilt and is also a VandyBoy baseball player. This house was the PERFECT location…super close to Hawkins field and lots of other things. Huge yard which our dogs loved running in. Only downside is no washer/dryer. ”

“We had an amazing stay . Lots of room. Amazing view. We anticipated the fireworks off the balcony but ended up going to Bicentennial Mall. Didn’t make it back in time . Beds super comfy . We loved it ! The host was great!”
