“Our son graduated from Vanderbilt and is also a VandyBoy baseball player. This house was the PERFECT location…super close to Hawkins field and lots of other things. Huge yard which our dogs loved running in. Only downside is no washer/dryer. ”

“This is a really nice place that seems very updated and modern. We booked this to have a large number of people come stay and while you could tell that many events have been held in the property it was very clean and up to date. When I say that I mean there was minor wear and tear (scuffs and marks) but overall I would go to this place again. The appliances were all top-notch and everything was well taken care of.”

“I stayed at On the Rocks while visiting my daughter who lives just a few streets away. The place was just as described and very comfortable. I also enjoyed sitting outside in the common area to enjoy some sunshine. The neighborhood is nice to walk or the Greenway, a paved walking path, is just up the street making a daily walk super easy. “We were in Nashville for a collegiate track and field meet at Vanderbilt University. The location was great for not only the meet, but also had so many restaurants around the house. We also ventured into town and the location was great for that as well, with just a quick drive. It was very centrally located. We had our teenage children and a set of parents with us and the house was perfect for what we needed. The hosts were extremely responsive to us. We hope to be back someday soon! ”
