“Was a perfect setting for a peaceful and relaxing stay!! If you have a vehicle, it was also a perfect driving distance to historic downtown Franklin, Leiper's Fork, Nashville and exploring the beautiful country side. The bunkhouse was comfortable, the shower had amazing water temperature and pressure and the history of the music studio was very interesting and exciting to know the musicians that have recorded there. It will be my first choice for our next visit!”

“It was very convenient as the units were side by side. There were a few needs and they were met right away. We really appreciate the attention to the needs.”

“We were extremely pleased with the location, quiet neighborhood, gated community and the fact that it was newer construction! The roosters in the morning were an added bonus:) That being said, we are all in our late 50's/early 60's and we didn't realize the amount of stairs that we would have to climb to get to the bedrooms! Might want to make sure you mention that in the listing because moving luggage up and down was tricky. Only other complaint would be the beds overall were really, really……

“We loved the home and communicating with Gretchen was easy peasy. We are a group of grandma and grandpa, parents and the kids ages 6, 9, and 12. The littles loved the bunk beds, the porch swing and the pool. We stay at VRBO’s on our annual summer vacation with this lively group and our son-in-law came up to me the first night and said, ‘Mimi, you outdid yourself, this is the best one yet!’ Grandparents loved the master being on the ground floor and the step in shower was divine. “This property was absolutely perfect. The home has been thoughtfully crafted to be gorgeous and provide a luxurious stay. Outside there are beautiful, peaceful walking trails. Beds were exceptionally comfortable, the showers were hard to leave, and the porches were perfect for coffee as the sun comes up. We had an epic girls weekend filled with laughter and memories and would hands down stay here again. There were a few communication hiccups at first, but the hosts are kind and provide……
