“This house was perfect for our group we were close to the venue at the college and close to lots of food places, restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. The bathroom was well lit and had soft towels. The beds slept amazing. We sis t use it, but the kitchen had what you needed to cook with. I loved that there was plenty of parking also. Big bonus!! Also the check out instructions were simple the host answered all of my questions but otherwise we didn’t hear from them, another bonus. Things……

“Very clean, peaceful location. New kitchen supplies: pots, pans, utensils, dishware. Supplied with basic needs for laundry and cooking. Large bedroom and bathroom, 2 TVs, computer and grill are other great benefits. The children loved feeding the goats that are nearby. The host was very responsive and accommodating.”

“We were in Clarksville for a mission and needed a convenient place to stay. The villa worked well for our needs since we were just grabbing a few hours of sleep and showers. The furniture and beds need upgraded, very cheap. The villa needs overall deep cleaning, mold evident on walls and shower. Also a coffee pot would be nice, we left one that we had purchased so hopefully they dont throw it away. Overall a nice stay and very convenient to downtown Clarksville.”

“This property was very cozy and home like. The owner, Natasha communicate with you the whole time you are there to make sure your stay is going well. We were going to get a hotel but do not regret our choice of stay at this home. Everything looks exactly like the pictures, there is a washer/dryer in unit along with cooking supplies! My best stay yet. When I come back to Clarksville, I already know where I will be staying”
