“I was worried about the main door being a little loose when we first arrived, but the property owner ensured us it was okay and safe, once locked there was also a camera at the front door. When I first arrived my sister and I were a little confused about the check in and how to retrieve the parking passes. When I first got to the front entry I noticed a combination lock on the side, but it looked to be old, however it displayed the lock code for the front door, I changed it to all zero and……

“So glad we found this gem of a place… located a crawl away from Category 10 and Broadway. We stayed in the 2 person room… it’s almost like a dorm room but very comfortable and quiet. There were no windows but we just needed a place to sleep and shower! Perfect! Saved so much on Uber rides. This was a great find and we will be back!! Also really appreciated the management for letting us extend our stay when tornado warnings delayed our plans!! ”

“We were in Nashville for a wedding and the Gulch area was perfect for us. The owner was great to communicate with. There is a train that runs nearby that was a little loud during the night but other than that. Great place to stay. ”

“The apartment was in a great location, close to lots of great restaurants in a really walkable area. It was plenty of room for our family of 5. It was really nice to have two bathrooms also. The gym and outdoor spaces were a really nice bonus as well. ”
