“I love the fact that this hotel helps the homeless. It is a very unique hotel. Very pretty. Our third floor sky light room was cute, a little tight but still very nice. Wish I would have known there was no elevator and that we were on the third floor, I would have requested a ground or second floor room. It was nice, however, that they do have an elevator for your luggage. That helped! Also the complimentary champagne and snacks and water were a very nice touch! ”

“I liked the location to Broadway. It was a clean hotel with friendly staff. I was not particularly happy with the bartender at the pool. Our first trip to the pool bar before an evening stroll and we were ignored by the bartender and as he carried on a conversation with a couple next to us. We walked away and went downstairs where a young lady at a much nicer bar in the hotel took GREAT care of us! The room was nice but the pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. “Our stay at the Gallatin exceeded our expectations. We arrived early and were able to check in early. The complimentary coffee, water, and sparkling water in the lobby were a nice treat. The bed was very comfortable and the whole place was exceptionally clean. We weren't sure what to expect in the surrounding area but it was quite walkable with plenty of excellent bar and restaurant options. We will definitely be back!”

“It was a very up to date property with a very good breakfast. The food in their restaurant was good evening dining. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The West end was a good location. It was nice to have a full size refrigerator in the room as well as a dishwasher. ”
