“The customer service was excellent and the room and view were absolutely fantastic. We stayed in the Sky One bedroom deluxe and had a stunning corner room with a view of the river and broadway. We found cheaper parking nearby but they do offer an attached garage for a fee. Will definitely book again!”

“Communication was difficult, especially since booked through Expedia. This became an issue when it came to obtaining access codes, as the Sonder website (which was emailed to me for verification) didn't accept either Confirmation code. I also started a chat with Sonder 3 weeks prior to our stay asking about bed arrangements to ensure we had the correct number of beds, and I NEVER heard back from them. This was an issue becasue we got to the property and had to make up the sofabed but didn't know……

“We stayed at Placemakr since we had a wedding close by. The location was better than expected but the staff at the hotel made the stay perfect. Every person we talked to or saw in the property went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly! The room was great for two couples ( with a toddler) and was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely stay there again! ”

“This apartment was so cute! It had a a full kitchen with dishes even for cooking. Everything we needed for our stay was there and even a record player and vinyls and an accoustic guitar to enjoy.
