“Loved the property. It had everything we needed. The rooftop was amazing. We actually really enjoyed watching the train go by it was not a huge disruption. Quick and easy to grab a Lyft to downtown. ”

“This was the perfect place for our family of 4 to stay. It was a short drive to Broadway and walking distance to good food and coffee. The house was clean and comfortable. We loved it!”

“This place is lovely. We didn’t have heat and it was fixed the same day. We also reported that the bedroom lights (LED) would not fully turn on with the switch. However, three of the four lights were partially lit even when the switch was turned off. We did report that immediately because there was always a glow at night. This was never fixed. Just for those who need it to be dark to sleep. ”

“Very easy check-in. Beds were very comfortable and having a a large shower was wonderful. There was a claw foot bathtub only in the 2nd bathroom which no one tried because hard to get in and out; not designed for large sized adults. To access the upper level (office loft) there was a narrow circular metal staircase (didn't see in pictures). Picture was misleading regarding a bench at the river edge with a relaxing view. The backyard is steep and no way down to the water's edge.. The deck is……

“This VRBO was perfect and had everything our group needed for an amazing stay! The home itself is beautiful with great bedrooms/bathrooms and lots of communal space that is super fun for groups ”

“Was challenging to find, but once we figured it out it was fine. Lots of retail and dining within walking distance. Without a vanity in the bathroom area could have used a shelf or table. Had to reach out 2 days prior to verify check in.”

“The listing is not accurate. The communication during our stay was great. Location was fine, but if you're looking to be walking distance to the tourist attractions this is not the place. My hope is that management works on the property, because it really has the potential to be what they advertise. ”

“We were in Nashville for the weekend. The townhouse was very close to Broadway, just a quick Lyft away. Grocery shopping was close and there were quite a few restaurants close by. The only downside to the location was the fact that it was very close to the train tracks. We wondered when we checked in why all the bedrooms had ear plugs and we found out the first night. Trains with whistles blowing every hour well into the early morning. The beds too were just a bit too soft. Other than those two……

“This property is actually better than advertised. It is kind of an upscale rustic. You have everything you need in terms of kitchen appliances, kitchen utensils, bedding, comfortable living room seating, comfortable beds and nice bedding, to make your visit a wonderful experience. Loved it as our jumping off point for our family gathering in Nashville. We had six adults in the cabin, and it was perfect.”

“Jen (Genevieve) was an exceptional host. She was always responsive and helpful to the few things i needed to ask. She proactively sends/mentions things interactively as well as in the listing information. The house was in a great location for easy access to Nashville locations we were interested. Check in and out was flawless. The house itself had plenty of beds and bathrooms. The kitchen was great and had coffee! Great place, great price, great location, and awesome host.”
