“Had to Uber everywhere. The property was nice - but long hallways, felt a little scary. The penthouse should definitely update amenities. Bath towels were mix match, bedding felt and looked older. King room didn’t have a tv. Over all the place felt plain and not worth the money. Cleaning crew could definitely do a better job. Crumbs on kitchen floor, table had a grease film on it , crumbled up towel paper in bathroom drawers. We would definitely choose a hotel closer to broadway and feel better……

“Location was close to everything we needed. Very clean property. We were in the front unit and there was a little noise from the street the one night we stayed in. Overall it was a great stay. I would recommend. ”

“We had a good stay at Sunset Place 101 when our family of four came to Nashville to visit family and colleges. The place was clean. It is very walkable for us to Belmont and Vanderbilt. There is also a Kroger we walked to just a block away for groceries. The pullout sofa had a more comfortable mattress than I have seen. The white noise machines were a nice touch as well, it is a city. Easy code in and check out. ”

“Loved our stay at The Haven. The hosts were very responsive. Just a block or two away from the Hop On Hop Off stop, which I recommend as well. A block away is The Snooze restaurant, where we had a great breakfast.”

“We stayed here while visiting Belmont University with our son. It was incredibly clean and comfortable! It was located on Music row which we loved for the unassuming production studios in quaint homes and a quiet street. It was convenient to Broadway with a walk or short Uber ride. We would definitely stay here again!”

“The property was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. We didn’t use the laundry although it was available to us. The kitchen had everything we needed. We didn’t cook much but it was nice to know it was available to us if we wanted to do more. The bathroom is a good size and there were lots of towels. There was soap, shampoo and conditioner provided as well as some toilet paper.Tammy is an amazing host. She truly wanted us to be as comfortable as possible right from the beginning,……
