“We stayed in Franklin for a horse show at Brownland Farm. My husband, myself and two teenagers (ages 15 and 17). The house was excellent. Beautiful furniture (my kids are old enough to respect the antiques). The neighborhood is gorgeous. The house was an excellent home base for us to enjoy Franklin and the horse show. Such nice hosts… left banana bread for us to enjoy upon arrival. Would recommend 10/10 stars! Hope to stay again next year. ”

“Located in a lovely area with plenty of wildlife. The suite was charming in decoration, and the hosts were gracious. The bed closest to the door was by far the most comfortable; we slept on the bed furthest from the door the first night and it was too firm for our liking, so we didn't rest well the first night. We had a difficult time getting the AC unit to a comfortable temperature, and it was quite muggy for our entire stay. Overall, it was decent accommodations.”

“My husband and two dogs stayed here for a long weekend. It is a lovely place. And the location is perfect if you want to explore Nashville. We were able to walk to get breakfast in the morning and it is a nice neighborhood to walk the dogs in. And from here it is an easy drive to other areas of the city. I highly recommend!!”

“My best friend & I stayed (2) nights leading into New Year’s Eve. It was the PERFECT location. So glad we chose here instead of a hotel. Downtown is only a short drive away. The experience, scenery & environment were amazing. It truly gave the feel of being in the country & was so peaceful & quiet and such a great experience. The property is beautiful, we wish we had more time. The pictures just don’t do it justice, for the property or rental. The inside was very clean & super cute. We did come……

“We liked everything about the apartment. The location on the river is great and everything was clean ans as advertised. I only have 2 suggestions, keep the chairs by the fire pit wiped off (they were dirty and had bird poop on them) spend a little money to have the gravel driveway smoothed out! The bumps are terrible and hard to navigate, especially in a small car.Otherwise, all good stuff here.”

“My wife and I had such a great time staying here last Fall, we decided to come back! We love the property’s location to all of our favorite Nashville places. The home is very well maintained and has everything you need when traveling. Definitely one of our favorite places to stay! ”
