“One of nicest rooms I’ve stayed in. All personnel we encountered were very pleasant and courteous. Seemed to be enjoying their jobs. ”

“The hotel looked new and was well decorated, but there was very low lighting in the public spaces as well as the room, which made reading, applying makeup and even packing difficult. The restaurant hours as well as the open seating were limited. Sections were closed for no apparent reason. The staff were efficient, but not customer-driven. In fact, several times we felt like we were an imposition when we asked for a table or to have our car brought up by the valet. Bottom line: I wouldn't……
