“Le service est de très mauvaise qualité. Même si le personnel est gentil et accueillant, il y a un grand manque de professionnalisme. Malgré mes relances je n'ai pas pu obtenir une facture globale de mon séjour car le réceptionniste, qui jouait au solitaire sur son ordinateur, a remis ça au dernier moment et évidemment l'imprimante ne marchait pas quand j'ai dû partir. “I booked this guest house for my family in Cameroon from the united states. They had a great time. The place is calm and very clean. The people are very receptive and soft spoken. Will definitely spend some time here when i next go home.”

But front desk attitude seems need to be improved, feeling bad when checkin and also checkout, especially a person named Cyril, bad attitude and even not willing to give me the change after I pay the minibar fee.
