“The property was very clean and private. It seemed like it was close to the road and neighbours as you drove in, but the layout and position of the house on the property, made it feel like you were in the middle of the forest all by yourself which for us was awesome. There was lots of outdoor activities nearby where we could enjoy the fall colours, views, and fresh air. The instruction manual was handy and helpful. The house felt warm and welcoming. The sunroom was fantastic!”

“Four of us - 2 adults and 2 teens - spent a lovely, last minute trip March 13-15, 2025. The cabin did not disappoint. Nestled along the mighty Madawaska River and tucked down in the forest. We played cards, watched movies, and a sat on the awesome couch with a warm fire while enjoying the views. All basic comforts of home were available, the cabin was clean, and we were more than impressed. Would have loved to have had access to the sun porch, but understandably not in use over winter. “The trailer was older but fully functional. Heat and fans for temperature control. There was lots of space to park and set up tents, the kitchen sink and stove worked well and the bbq was very helpful. The space was very nice with trails, canoeing, and the full camping experience. “Great place! It was clean when we arrived and there were no surprises. The photos in the ad are accurate in their presentation of the cottage and area. One small quibble is that the PaddleBoard is not easy to inflate so if you want good watercraft be prepared to bring your own. We had bad weather but the cottage was nice and cozy and we relaxed and read and ate and drank. Thanks!”
