“Our stay at this beach house was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with stunning ocean views and the calming sound of waves just steps away. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. From a fully stocked kitchen to cozy beds and plenty of outdoor seating.The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, making sure our stay was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for……

“We loved this property! It was perfect for our family of 5 with 2 king size beds and a pull out sofa. The unit has lovely finishes and very nice appliances. Everything was very clean. The view is very nice. It’s right next to the heated pool and park playground. Would definitely recommend and stay again! ”

“The condo is just as pictured, a perfect ground floor unit with direct access to grass and a path to the beach. I received all the information from Jane prior to the visit and everything was very easy. The beds are quite comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen are modern. Only note is the HOA approved electric BBQ did not create enough heat, and should be cleaned between guests.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seascape. The unit was immaculate and fully stocked with everything we would need. For One member of our group it was the first time to California and seeing the Pacific Ocean so the views and access to the ocean was great! We would definitely stay again”

“We rented the penthouse apartment/top deck and the 3rd floor villa for 9 adults. Fantastic views and huge kitchen to cook group means. Absolutely will rent this villa again if/when we are doing the Santa Cruz Ironman or anytime with a group. Indoor, secure parking appreciated also. 1 block from the beach and pier. The manager is readily available if/when questions come up. ”

“Absolutely outstanding property. The views are so tranquil and the inside is so comfy and beautifully designed. Wish I can come back and not leave the place for the whole weekend! Highly recommend. The only bummer is we weren’t able to heat the pool but luckily the temperature was refreshing! Keep in mind- getting Ubers is a little difficult with the gate entry and spotty service outside the house. I wonder if there’s an easier way to go about doing that. ”

“The hot tub did not work. And was not advised. Owner did not informed us and knew a month prior. We choose the property for the hot tub. Was very disappointed. There was not enough hot water for everyone to shower. otherwise the property was beautiful. The view was beautiful as well. We had a great time.”

“Arriving after a long flight from Australia, we were a bit stressed about where we were going to live over the next 2.5 months and whether it would support our lifestyle, love of nature, and desire to prepare our own healthy food. What a relief to arrive at Joseph & Shery's villa and receiving a warm welcome including a tour through the vast garden with select sitting areas under huge redwood trees, a beautiful veggie garden, and even a chicken stable. Moreover, they have their own water well……
