“My family and I had the pleasure of staying in Michael and Dawna's beautiful home for a few nights and we couldn't have been more pleased. We were visiting family throughout the Bay Area and despite the home being a bit remote, it was within a good distance of Morgan Hill, San Jose, Half Moon Bay, etc. I am quite opposed to modern architecture so naturally, I was delighted by the home. You can tell how much care went into building it, as Michael would be happy to tell you, there’s a warmth and……

“What a great place! Super clean and really well decorated. Two loft beds - just as described and one office w a comfy fold out Murphy bed. All the amenities were new. Fun spaces both in the yard and the house (which is an ADU in the backyard). Plus a tree house to climb! Bei was very communicative and prompt in all her replies. I highly recommend this charming place!”

“Sean and Wendy are wonderful hosts. They are friendly and had good communication with us. Their home worked great for our staff planning retreat of 8 (6 adults and 2 children). The home is well cared for, plenty of space, comfortable beds and a nicely supplied kitchen. We appreciated the larger dining room table and family room that fit us all. Oh, and bonus - the sunsets were amazing! ”

“We had a nice short stay at this holiday home. The place was fairly well appointed and the hot tub was a nice touch for relaxing in the evenings. It was in a good location for exploring around Monterey Bay, Santa Cruz as well as several state parks. The hosts were very responsive as well to any inquiries. ”

“Loved this place! The property was very cozy, clean, quiet and had an amazing view from the unit and property. A great place to just chill yet was about a 5 minute drive from Downtown shopping and restaurants. The kitchen was very handy in case you wanted to prepare a meal. The owner was very nice and communicative. This was my first time at this property and I will definitely will be coming back!”

“This property is SO quiet and secluded, nestled in the deep woods. But it's also very close to a great market, home-made ice cream and restaurants. We walked to these nearby places when we didn't want to take the car. Gabriel was a WONDERFUL host. We felt comfortable, cozy and safe in the house surrounded by the beautiful woods. Behind the gate to the property, there is room for two cars only, which was fine for us. We were sisters, nieces and daughters, aged 16 to 76. ”

“Overall our stay was very nice. The only thing we had an issue with was the barbeque... it didn't work at all. When I messaged the host about it she stated to switch out the propane tanks but they were both empty, not to mention the unit was very old and overflowing grease from the bottom that stained the concrete.A neighbor was kind enough to let us use their charcoal barbeque for our stay when she noticed how difficult of a time that we were having with ours. ”
