“Just in town for less than 24 hours & needed something near the casino. The front desk is at the back of the complex. The older lady that checked us in was so sweet & helpful. “This is now a Red Roof Inn, and it's your basic motel: bare bones, park outside your door, etc. It's clean, quiet, the thermostat works and there's a microwave & a full-size fridge in the room. I'm a business traveler, and I should point out that there's no closet and no hangars, so it was tricky to hang my dress shirts and sport coats. It's a two-minute walk to a Waffle House, so breakfast was easy.”

“Check in was easy. Customer service was great. We were put in a room all the way at the end out of view . Room smelt very musty, and like someone was smoking cigarettes and marijuana in it. We were able to switch rooms which was great. Parking lot started getting packed after 5pm. Cars bumping sound systems for 2 hours non stop. Loud noises outside, people stomping feet about our room. Had trouble getting to sleep due to all the noise - VERY loud outside the windows .. lots of commotion going……

“My best friend and I had an absolutely relaxing time here, I wish we had stayed longer! The property is very unique and exactly like the pictures. We spent so much of our time just sitting out back watching the water and enjoying the hot tub and porch swing (also, two of the trees out back are perfect for a hammock!). “We enjoyed a long weekend at the cabin for a girls trip. Was everything we needed and wanted and the perfect space for 3 adults. We spent a lot of time at the cabin and felt very comfortable, we also took the short walk to the river for a quick swim and we went out to explore Harper's Ferry and Shepherdstown which were both an easy drive away (maybe 10 -20 minutes from the cabin depending). Hosts were gracious and very quickly responsive when we had a question. Would highly recommend this cabin!”
