“This cabin was a wonderful "home" for us for a long weekend. We have three children under 10 who loved having a bunk bed to sleep in, DVDs to watch, and games to play. Everything we could have thought of was available. We were able to enjoy breakfast on the enclosed back porch and a fire in the fireplace on our final night. We went fishing and walked on the Forge all the way across right at our front door. One of the best places I ever stayed. Must visit Downtown Shepherdtown and Hapers Ferry. Sooo much history . Me, my husband, and small dog spent hours on the deck, people watching, admiring the butterflies and the scenery, and drinking local wine from the cute store across the street.
