“We came into town to ride the Katy Trail with friends. The property is exactly as described. Located a little bit away from the downtown area but in a neighborhood with kids and families out and about. It was awesome to have the garage for bike storage. The dogs loved the fully fenced yard and the squirrel watching in the large trees. ”

We feel that Jill went above our expectations of what a good host would be and the home was immaculate. This was our first experience renting a VRBO and because of this stay it will not be our last. “Lois has a wonderfully appointed tiny home on her farm, with every detail thoughtfully curated. The bonus bed/futon was a nice surprise as it meant I didn’t have to share a bed with my 6’1” son. The snacks and water were also a nice end to an exhausting day on the trail. I might only suggest a new shower head to help overcome the showers size. ”

“This historic home was extremely well-furnished with lots of interesting decor and books to look at and a comfy couch. Each room has its own mini-split AC, and could control the temp separately. I loved the design of the kitchen with plenty of supplies for cooking and a coffee pot. The bed was so luxurious and comfy, it was perfect for the overnight stay. The patio was great for an early morning connect with nature, many birds singing. The bathroom vanity was a little small, but overall……
