Located a little bit away from the downtown area but in a neighborhood with kids and families out and about. It was awesome to have the garage for bike storage. The dogs loved the fully fenced yard and the squirrel watching in the large trees. ”

It is not charming.The front storm door didn't close properly due to the placement of the lock box, and an old mop bucket with dirty water was left by the front door next to overgrown bushes There was minimal information provided by the host, and I had to text the host to request WiFi information. The duplex looked like an old clubhouse with worn-out furniture and cast-offs. The living room……

“Staying at Sweet Gum was an absolute delight and the pics do not do it justice. This property is absolutely First Class in all ways. I was amazed at the extent and quality of the decorating and furnishings including a well-stocked kitchen with bone china! The furniture including the bed was very comfortable. The large leather sofa was my favorite. The location in Arrow Rock is also ideal, 1 to 3 blocks from any restaurant, coffee shop and theater. Finally, the owners were wonderful and……

“Our family gathered from CA, CO, IL, WV, VT, DC, MO, and Mexico City, Mexico here to celebrate the life of a beloved grandfather. The home gave us a wonderful respite before and following our time at a cemetery and gathering with a wider community. We enjoyed everything about the pond - the frogs, tadpoles, blue gills, a quite evasive enormous bass that no one was able to catch, the water snakes, the song bird chorus. It was wonderful - and we are so grateful for a comfortable place to lay……
