“Property near train track and river, but home is well insulated and blocked most all sound. Neighborhood quiet and respectful. Quick walk to mainstreet, Katy trail, casino area. Exterior is not a reflection of interior. Exterior could use a power wash. Interior is simple, yet welcoming. Communication with property owner/manager was timely and clear.”

“This was our group’s second stay in the Sunflower House. It is everything we needed for a weekend stay in Rocheport. Comfortable, clean, tastefully decorated, convenient. Highly recommend!”

“Jessica was a kind and gracious hostess. The beds were cozy and comfortable. House is in a prime location withing walking distance of a museum, restaurants and the Katy Trail. There's a beautiful railroad tunnel and the bikes for use were nice and in good repair. The host was also flexible when we needed to make a modification. “We came into town to ride the Katy Trail with friends. The property is exactly as described. Located a little bit away from the downtown area but in a neighborhood with kids and families out and about. It was awesome to have the garage for bike storage. The dogs loved the fully fenced yard and the squirrel watching in the large trees. ”
