It was a special touch to already have toiletries available and supplies for making coffee too! What a nice touch! We all fell in love with it! Very convenient to shopping and many excellent restaurants close by. This was located in a safe and quiet residential area. We will return again for our next PR trip. Dining at the restaurants was one of the highlights of our trip, and we enjoyed a wonderful dinner experience in the evenings. Though our stay was brief, we believe there are a few areas that could enhance the overall experience for future guests.For example, replacing the pillows would greatly improve guest comfort. “We loved this house. Right on the beach, we had the constant sound of waves and the chattering of birds outside. The house and kitchen were fully stocked. Having a washer and dryer was so helpful. It was a really comfortable house and we truly could have stayed there forever. Helpful and friendly hosts. Would absolutely return, thank you!”

“Tony was wonderful. Very attentive and knowledgable. He was a great guide as well. The location was close to everything . Walkable to a few locations. Close to the beaches and he referred us to wonderful beaches that weren’t so congested with tourists. The rooms were clean and we had everything we needed and if we needed anything else Tony would accommodate. There’s extra things in rooms to play and hang out as well as nice seats and tables to hang outside ”

“Always stayed in San Juan. The West is the Best. Stu was super easy to work with and had great restaurant suggestions. Highly recommend 413 Scuba/Snorkeling. Kohl was knowledgeable and safety first. Saw so many fish! The beach by the house has much better sand and surf compared to Dome, Steps, Lighthouse. Very enjoyable and beautiful sunsets. No more big hotels in San Juan. A plus stay. ”
