“Beautiful hotel, especially the suites with kitchenette. Food, drinks, and wait staff at the restaurant, were excellent and reasonably priced. The pools are great and clean. They are performing some renovations and expanding. Suggest calling to insure a quieter room. Elsie and Wilson, at the front desk, were awesome and very accommodating. “Property was in a good area, close to wverything, well maintained. The communication was difficult and owners asked me to pay via venmo, paypal or zelle which felt very scammy. They also communicated through whatsapp which also felt scammy. We finally got on the same page via email and text and they ran my credit card for payment. “After a horrible hotel stay, we were so relieved to find this amazing home in the west of Puerto Rico. It was everything we hoped for immaculately clean, cozy, and felt just like home. “I needed a last minute, budget friendly hotel, and let me tell you I was shocked. The room I got was probably the tiniest I’ve ever stayed in, and it was definitely outdated. But it was clean and comfortable, and I had the whole ocean in front of me to myself. I was so relaxed that I ended up extending my stay for a few more days.
