“Great house for our family of 4 with a toddler and infant. The location was perfect, right in town, walking distance to food, groceries, shops, the beach, and we even walked along the beach trail to the aquarium! Would definitely stay again!”

“We were down with family for the Big Sur Marathon. The home fit 6 of us very comfortably (4 adults and 2 kids) and would have been fine with the 2 more adults that were expected to come but could not make it. The kids loved running around in the backyard and we enjoyed an evening around the fire pit. The location is great with the ocean just a few steps away and getting into Monterrey in just a few minutes. Will definitely look to see if this house is available again on our next visit!”

“As the title says, this place is in the perfect spot for everything. Walk across the street for a great trail along the coast. Walkable to nice restaurants and activities. We rented a car so we explored out a little farther, which was nice. The property was very clean and more than enough room for the 4 of us. I was a little nervous about not having air conditioning but we never needed it during our stay in June. In fact we used the fireplace a few times early in the morning. It doesnt look like……

“House is spacious and perfect for celebrating Christmas with extended family. Game room a bonus for epic table tennis matches. Kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs. Great location too. ”

“The house met all of our needs. When we arrived the smell was aromatic and clean. We noticed a few ants in the kitchen on in the cabinets but not a really big deal. We went to run the heat the first night and the airflow was terrible so I looked at the filter in the hall way ceiling return grill and it was completely plugged so I bought a new one and changed it for you. I left the old one in the garage by the washer and dryer. The master bathroom exhaust fan needs to be replaced also. We enjoyed……

“The house had everything we needed and is close enough to downtown Carmel that we could walk there; but far enough away that we had peace and quiet. We always enjoy staying there and this year was no exception!”

“Beautiful location along 17 Mile Drive with spectacular vistas. Surprisingly sunny weather with only modest June gloom. Worked well for our large family gathering including our grandchildren. The Castle was a favorite of our 6 year old granddaughter.”

“We returned to this home because it's a lovely space and a great location. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots and pans, serving dishes and utensils so we had a good time cooking for family. There's a patio to eat outdoors and the neighborhood is quiet.”
