Kein Entgegenkommen der Rezeption, es gab eine Klappcouch, die man hätte beziehen können. lapidare Auskunft: wir sind ausgebucht, sie können ihr Geld zurück haben. Gastfreundschaft sieht anders aus,..”

“Whilst further out of the centre than say the Flora, easily walkable and accommodation is clean and very warm. Thoroughly recommend the location. Feedback and local support also very good.”

“A really well presented chalet on 3 floors, with a spacious kitchen/diner/lounge on the top floor, with good views of the Rila mountain and the slopes. Comfy beds, a well equipped kitchen, an open fire, a bar, a beer fridge, everything for the perfect ski trip! We'd love to come back again. The complex also has a decent pool, a sauna and a good restaurant. There's a courtesy bus into the resort which runs anout every 40 minutes. Loads of parking.”

“Everything was as described and the check in went very smoothly. A very friendly cleaning lady came by every day and helped us with clean towels, trash disposal and toilet paper.”

“Great stay at Davids apartment. It is a single large room with 2 single beds, a kettle, toaster, fridge and two ring hob. A good size bathroom and really warm and cozy! Perfect location for both the main ski slopes and a short walk down the hill to the gondola. (Not sure if this helps, but I used ski strap/carrier for the walk down and back up at the end of the day and I found that made lugging skis a lot less hassle! ). Hoping to be back again next year!”
